“Bioclimatic Design and Studies for the Public Utility Networks of Maistrianá – Fytório”
The area of Maistrianá – Fytório (a new urban expansion plan) was approved by Decision No. I3649/17.11.2005 of the Prefect of Evros (Government Gazette 1406D/23.12.2005) under the title “Urban Planning Study of Maistrianá and Fytório, Municipality of Alexandroupolis” and by the Error Correction of 21.05.2007 (Government Gazette 294AAP/09.08.2007). Additionally, Decision No. 1/2014/5655/10-4-2017 of the Regional Governor of Evros “Revised Implementation Act of the Urban Planning Study for the Maistrianá and Fytório Area, Municipality of Alexandroupolis” was also approved.
The Municipality of Alexandroupolis plans to implement and complete the infrastructure works and new networks in the area where the implementation act for Maistrianá and Fytório has been finalized. To achieve this, the following studies must first be conducted, covering the relevant physical scope.
Required Studies:
- Hydraulic study of the internal water supply network
- Study of the internal wastewater drainage network
- Hydraulic study of the internal stormwater drainage network
- Architectural study
