The SYNERGIA DEVELOPMENT S.A. A.O.T.A., taking into account:
- Law 2190/1920 on Public Limited Companies.
- The current statutes of SYNERGIA DEVELOPMENT S.A. A.O.T.A., registered under G.E.MI. number 161995321000.
- The Internal Service Regulation of the Company and the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 applied by the Company.
- The general principles of the E.U. Treaty, specifically the principles of equal treatment, non-discrimination, gender equality, and transparency.
- Article 30 of Law 4314/2014 (Government Gazette A’265/23.12.2014), which introduced an exemption from the scope of Law 2527/1997 for co-financed project lease agreements.
- Paragraph 5 of Article 14 of Law 4403/2016 (Government Gazette A’125/07.07.2016), which amends paragraph 4 of Article 30 of Law 4314/2014 and introduces an exemption for co-financed S.M.E. and fixed-term employment contracts.
- Article 681 of the Civil Code.
- Law 4452/2017 (Article 21).
- Article 2 of Law 4674/2020 on the development strategy of local government organizations.
- The under-consultation Programmatic Agreement with the Municipality of Alexandroupolis for conducting the studies:
- “Expansion of indoor swimming pool sports facilities – Construction of a 25m indoor pool.”
- “Renovation of the existing locker room building of the old swimming pool and conversion into a weight training facility, development of a new outdoor sports area at the old swimming pool.”
- “Construction of a building for the tennis club, sanitation facilities – locker rooms, refreshment area, and seven tennis courts.”
- “Construction of a new artistic gymnastics building – ‘The Gymnastics House’.”
PROJECT SUMMARY
Background
The SYNERGIA DEVELOPMENT S.A. A.O.T.A., within the framework of Article 100 of Law 3852/2010 and Articles 11 & 12 of Law 4412/2016, in collaboration with the Municipality of Alexandroupolis, is responsible for conducting studies related to the above projects.
For the implementation of these projects and the completion of the Project Team according to program requirements, SYNERGIA S.A. A.O.T.A. intends to conclude the following Project Lease Agreements (S.M.E.):
- One (1) Urban and Regional Planning Engineer with more than 10 years of experience
- Three (3) Surveying Engineers with more than 10 years of experience
- Six (6) Architects with more than 10 years of experience
- Three (3) Mechanical Engineers with more than 10 years of experience
- Four (4) Civil Engineers with more than 10 years of experience
Total Number of Collaborators: 17
Contract Scope:
The collaborator will join the project team for the aforementioned projects, which will be implemented by SYNERGIA S.A. in cooperation with the Municipality of Alexandroupolis.
Deliverables:
The specific deliverables will be outlined in the respective monthly reports documenting the collaborator’s actions.
Contract Duration and Compensation:
- The contract duration will be up to 2 months, with the possibility of extension if the program continues.
- The total contractual fee will amount to up to €30,000 per year, plus 24% VAT (including insurance contributions, taxes, and any other obligations). Payment will be made in installments, based on the progress of the work and submission of all necessary documentation.
Work Location:
The collaborator will provide services remotely or in person at SYNERGIA DEVELOPMENT S.A. A.O.T.A. premises in the Municipality of Alexandroupolis, as required by the project. Travel expenses will be covered by the Company.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or Accounting (domestic or equivalent foreign qualification).
- Good knowledge of English.
- No criminal record, no pending charges, and no legal incapacity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate or Ph.D. degree.
- Professional experience in studies/implementation of technical projects.
- Computer proficiency.
- Good knowledge of a second foreign language.
- Category B driver’s license.
