A study for the development of the western sector of the Municipality of Alexandroupolis for sports facilities, including the construction of a tennis club building, a café, and seven tennis courts. The project involves the construction of six synthetic turf courts and one clay court, which will also feature a spectator stand. The plan includes all necessary technical and structural works to support the proper operation of the facility, as well as an outdoor parking area.
Building Facilities
The three-story facility (including a basement) will include:
✔ Basement: Utility space for electromechanical installations, men’s and women’s sauna, and sports equipment storage.
✔ Ground Floor: Reception area, tournament director’s office, referee office, assistant referees’ office, men’s & women’s restrooms, accessible restroom (ADA-compliant), screening room, medical office, coaches’ area, tennis club room, and men’s & women’s locker rooms.
✔ First Floor: Café, men’s & women’s restrooms, accessible restroom, and a rooftop area accessible to visitors and athletes.
The entire facility and outdoor courts will be fully accessible to individuals with disabilities (ADA-compliant).
