A legal quorum was established, as five (5) out of the nine (9) regular members were present:

The following members were legally invited but were absent due to personal reasons:
Alexios Alexakis, Aikaterini Apostolidou, Spyros Karalis, and Paschalis Toutziarakis.

Agenda Item 1: Approval of the Final Evaluation Report

Regarding the first agenda item, “Approval of the Final Evaluation Report,” the CEO of the company, Ms. Paraskevi Tatouli, took the floor and stated:

On January 26, 2024, the Evaluation and Selection Committee was formed, comprising:

• Panagiotis Bikos, Director of the Technical Service of Synergasia S.A.
• Eirini Savvidou, Head of the Technical Service Studies Department of Synergasia S.A.
• Petroula Fotakidou, Head of Procurement, Planning & Administration Department.

This committee was appointed by the Board of Directors with decision No. 28/26-01-2024 to evaluate the applications submitted under the Call for Expression of Interest for Project Lease Contracts (S.M.E.) of private law, approved by Decision No. 0101022024 of the Board on February 1, 2024. The contracts would last up to one month from the signing date, with the possibility of extension until the completion of the program’s objectives.

A total of ten (10) applications were submitted on time. The committee proceeded with the evaluation process, completing assessment forms for each candidate and compiling a ranking list by specialty and score order.

Additionally, interviews were conducted to assess communication skills, expression and clarity, judgment, confidence, overall presence, and behavior. Based on these assessments, the final ranking list was prepared, including both scores and interview results, and documented in the March 7, 2024, Evaluation and Selection Report, which is attached.

Board Decision

The Board of Directors, after discussing the matter, unanimously approves the March 7, 2024, Evaluation and Selection Report. The decision will be finalized after two (2) days, depending on the submission or non-submission of appeals.
