AGENDA ITEM 1: Approval of Final Evaluation Report

Regarding the “Approval of the Final Evaluation Report”, the CEO, Ms. Paraskevi Tatouli, took the floor and stated:

On December 9, 2024, the Evaluation and Selection Committee was formed, consisting of:

• Panagiotis Bikos – Director of Technical Services of Synergasia S.A.
• Eirini Savvidou – Head of the Studies Department, Technical Services of Synergasia S.A.
• Petroula Fotakidou – Head of the Procurement, Planning & Administration Department

The committee was formed under Minute No. 44/09-12-2024 of the Board Meeting of Synergasia Development S.A. to evaluate applications submitted in response to the Call for Expression of Interest for Project Lease Contracts (S.M.E.) under private law. This call was approved by Board Decision No. 0119122024 on December 19, 2024, for the implementation of Programmatic Contracts with a total duration of up to 4 months, extendable if needed.

A total of seven (7) applications were submitted on time.

The committee then:
 Reviewed and completed the evaluation forms for each candidate
Created the candidate ranking list by specialty and ascending score
Conducted interviews, evaluating candidates based on:

• Communication skills
• Expression and clarity
• Judgment and confidence
• Overall presence and behavior

After completing the evaluation, the final ranking list was compiled, including both technical scores and interview assessments:

Board Decision:

Approval of the Final Evaluation Report dated 27-12-2024
The decision will be finalized after five (5) days, depending on the submission of any appeals.
