Call for Expression of Interest for Inclusion in the Partners Registry of Potential Service Providers and Suppliers (Natural or Legal Entities) of “SYNERGASIA DEVELOPMENT S.A. – LOCAL GOVERNMENT DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION”, under the trademark “SYNERGASIA DEVELOPMENT S.A.”
SYNERGASIA DEVELOPMENT S.A. – LOCAL GOVERNMENT DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION, in order to complete its Partners Registry and to staff the sector responsible for the provision of scientific and technical support services for the programs and projects it implements, invites all interested natural or legal persons who meet the terms and conditions outlined in this call to register as potential service providers and suppliers in its Partners Registry.
Eligibility Criteria for Submission of Applications for Registration in the Partners Registry:
Any natural or legal person, domestic or foreign, has the right to submit an application for registration in the Partners Registry, provided they meet the following conditions:
(a) For Natural Persons:
- Minimum Requirements Regarding Personal Status:
- No final conviction for participation in a criminal organization, bribery, fraud, or money laundering.
- No conviction based on a final decision for an offense related to professional conduct, including serious professional misconduct that the contracting authority may verify in any way.
- No bankruptcy, liquidation, cessation of operations, forced administration, or bankruptcy compromise, or being in a similar situation under the law of the country of establishment (for foreign candidates).
- No initiation of proceedings for bankruptcy, liquidation, forced administration, bankruptcy compromise, or any similar process.
- Fulfillment of social security and tax obligations, both according to the laws of the country of establishment and Greek law.
(b) For Legal Entities:
- Minimum Requirements Regarding the Legal Status:
- No final conviction for participation in a criminal organization, bribery, fraud, or money laundering of the natural person who manages or is the legal representative of the legal entity.
- No conviction of the natural person who manages or is the legal representative of the legal entity based on a final decision for an offense related to their professional conduct, including serious professional misconduct that the contracting authority may verify in any way.
- No bankruptcy, liquidation, cessation of operations, forced administration, or bankruptcy compromise, or being in a similar situation under the law of the country of establishment (for foreign candidates).
- No initiation of proceedings for bankruptcy, liquidation, forced administration, bankruptcy compromise, or any similar process.
- Fulfillment of social security and tax obligations, both according to the laws of the country of establishment and Greek law.
(c) Required Technical and Professional Qualifications:
- Proven professional or scientific activity to date.
(d) Financial and Economic Adequacy:
- The applicant must possess the necessary financial and/or economic capacity to meet the requirements of the services provided.
